Do you ever feel like you’re climbing a rugged mountain with steep ice peaks? Do you wonder how in the world you can accomplish the huge task that you set out to do? When the mountain feels so massive, rugged, and overwhelming that’s when you know you have another force pushing you like gail force winds push waves onto the shore. That’s when you know you have another strong hand that’s holding you up, and that’s when you know you are able to walk without making any footprints.
When you let faith guide you, you’re able to climb the mountain with hinds feet, you can soar on the wings of eagles, and you can let the peaceful winds blow you where you need to focus next. You can let go of your struggles, fear, and anxiety. You can find your second wind to continue to climb the mountain, to face the cold ice of uncertainty, and believe the mountain can crumble and fall. It’s not as high, or as challenging as you may think. Alone it is…but you’re not alone. Don’t give up on your dreams, don’t give up on your passions, and don’t give up on your desires to make a difference in this world! God created each and everyone of us to achieve for the greater good, and he will see you through even with just a little faith.
Matthew 17:20. If you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, Be moved from this place to that; and it will be moved, and nothing will be impossible to you.
Habakkuk 3:19 . Lord GOD is my strength, And He has made my feet like hinds’ feet, And makes me walk on my high places. For the choir director, on my stringed instruments.
Jason Castro–Only a Mountain—-Link to Song. We’ve all felt this way before, but listen to this inspiring song and remember you have to climb, trust, and believe. The mountain is ONLY a mountain.
